Is there a way that Razer can get with Sony or notify Sony to patch this? I really don't want to return my headsets. The game volume is far to low and at highest settings still not loud at all. When plugged in, the mic works perfectly. "I have seen that Razer is aware that the USB headsets are no longer working properly on the Sony PS4 after the PS4 update 2.00. Hopefully I can get a better answer than "Sony has to fix it." I will post an update when I hear from Razer. I sent a message to Razer's tech support. Like all other users I just want it to be fixed. Just to had this issue right off the bat. I got the headset the 7th of this month, and the PS4 a week later. No idea when or if it will even be fixed. I'm not sure if all USB headsets are having this issue or some. They have over 90 comments requesting they fix the issue. No idea if Sony intends to release a patch about this. As of sometime in October and still on going, it is still an issue. It's all over the Playstation fourms and such. After looking around on sites I've come to find out that after the PS4 update to 2.00 is when the Razer Kraken 7.1s started to suffer from the low volume.
